Due to the potential of fraudulent activity, Elite Physiq can only accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from our online store http://elitephysiq.com and in agreement with the following conditions:
1. Refunds may take at least 7 days to process.
2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Reimbursement requests will only be considered if the respective food supplement’s packaging is unopened and the merchandise is in it’s original packaging.
4. For refund requests the following conditions need to be met: Elite Physiq must receive the respective product within 14 days of the item’s purchase date. In all cases, refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.
5. All international returns (defined as non-US, non-UK) will not have return slips sent for the respective merchandise. The Purchaser is responsible for procuring shipment and for the merchandise arriving at Elite Physiq’s premises.
Elite Physiq does not have the ability to track your returns, nor are we responsible for the time it takes the package to be returned.
Elite Physiq is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
